I’m Maya. For 10 years I’ve supported women who carry a lot to feel safe, present, and steady again—especially when life is full and rest feels out of reach. My work blends somatic nervous system support, gentle body-based practices, and simple weekly structure, so you can create real change without pushing yourself harder. We go step by step, at a pace that respects your body.
